Drene | RDH | Hygiene Care Specialist
Drene is our registered Dental Hygienist and has experienced working in private practice, public health and a periodontal office. She joined Dr. Molly Rodger’s Smile Design Team in 1993. Drene graduated from the University of Alberta’s Dental Hygiene Program in 1978. She is a member of the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta. Drene offers our patients microsonics, which is a comprehensive, effective and gentle way to clean teeth and heal gum disease. She also annually organizes the Healthcare provider CPR Course for our office. Drene prides herself in keeping up with the most current continuing education courses in order to offer her patients the best available care. Drene Shares her life with her soul mate Gerry and has two grown daughters. She enjoys camping, Yoga and quiet times with a good book.
Andrea | RDA II | Clinical Care Specialist
Andrea has been a part of Dr. Rodgers Smile Design team since 2003, and graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2001 as a Registered Dental Assistant Level two. Andrea regularly attends continuing education courses around the city as well as well as other locations throughout Canada and the United States. Andrea’s kind demeanor will immediately put you at ease, and she is always available to answer any questions that you may have regarding your treatment. As well as being a valuable team member, she is an active member in her community as a Big Sister. Andrea also enjoys crafting, cycling, and walking her two dogs with her fiancée Adam.
Lonnie | RDA II | Clinical Care specialist
Lonnie Graduated the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1992 as a Registered Dental Assistant Level two. She has had extensive training and work experience in all areas of dentistry. Most recently she has taken continuing education courses through out North America. She has been a member of our Smile Design Team since 1999. Lonnie enjoys being part of a team that changes lives. Her favorite activity is spending time with her daughter taking her swimming and to the zoo. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the world through a child’s eyes.
Kristena | Guest Care Specialist
In the fall of 2005, Kristena became our Guest Care Specialist after 13 years as a Retail Manager. She is often the first person you’ll meet after contacting our office, and always goes out of her way to make you feel like part of our family. Her friendly smile and “Service First” attitude goes a long way in making your dental visit comfortable and relaxing. Kristena thrives in a learning environment and enjoys continuing her education along side her teammates. In addition to her duties within the practice, Kristena spends her leisure time as a leader in her Church Music Department and singing at various events around the city.
